MacBook Pro in for Repairs

Well, I took my MacBook Pro in for repairs last Thursday. I met with the manager of the Apple Store at Brea mall as well to explain had the technician replaced the left side fan in May 2007 when he replcaed the rigth fan, I wouldnt be there with a dead fan, and asking for expedited service.

The manager explained that even though I had Pro Care (very useful) there was about 6 systems in front of me, with Pro Care, that needed to be worked on, and they were backed up due to the iPhone release (huh?, technicians who repair computers work the floor selling???)

The manager said she would call me on Sunday (today) to give me an update. Its now 8:00pm, and no phone call. I see the store really lives up to its promises so far....

I am hoping that they call tomorrow, as I need the system before Tuesday.
